What at first seems like brilliant news for UK gamblers, low wagering bonuses, may in fact be the opposite. The new wagering requirement for UK casinos to set 10x WR the bonus, means that some casinos will be leaving the UK region. Others will be increasing their minimum deposit limits, while other casinos may stop offering UK bonuses, due to the new 10x wager rule.
This isn’t fiction, because what we are actually seeing at the moment several casinos are either leaving, increasing their minimums, or only offering bonus spins. As many online casinos are struggling to a) change their UK only bonuses, or b) agree it is a reasonable amount for their RTP% ratio (higher RTP% casinos). And is causing uncertainty for both casinos and players.
Many brands have already left the UK market. And at present the 10x bonus is an opportunity to make the most of this low wagering. While we don’t think it’s fair to mention individual brands at this early stage, it’s still early days. We will have to wait and see how things transpire.
